There are several manufacturers of coatings available, but with much consideration to warranties, product reviews, installation reviews, and our own experience of these coatings, we have narrowed it down to only 1 manufacturer that we offer. We have been manufacturer trained and offer Conklin roof coatings. There are multiple product lines within Conklin’s coating products, with warranties ranging from 7-18 years depending on the product selected, and the application. We get all of the photo documentation as well as installation documentation to secure the longest warranties we can on your commercial coating application. Most of the coatings are white, for the reflectivity of solar heat gain that most metal or single ply flat roofs suffer from. However, Conklin has multiple colors available of two different lines, for the cosmetic appearance in certain applications.
